Summary: Match & Munch ("Taste Match") is a promotional web card game operated by Flugelsoft Labs for Bistro Gusto. We do not require account registration, do not collect personal names, phone numbers, or passwords, and do not track your location.

Game Results & Voucher Records: When a player wins a round, the application creates a single-use coupon record (e.g. BURGER-98X), score tally, and timestamp in Google Cloud Firestore. No personal identity is attached to this coupon.
Session & Gameplay State: Temporary game state (moves remaining, audio preferences) is stored locally in your browser’s temporary memory and is not transmitted to advertising trackers.
Server Staff Portal: Restaurant staff utilize a PIN-protected screen with camera QR verification to validate vouchers. The camera stream operates entirely on-device and is never uploaded, recorded, or stored on external servers.

2. How We Use Collected Information

Data recorded in Cloud Firestore is used solely for:

Verifying and preventing the duplicate redemption of restaurant meal vouchers and promotional discounts.
Aggregating anonymized gameplay metrics to measure marketing campaign engagement.
Enforcing fraud prevention and promotional fair-use limits.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure

To deliver rapid, secure mobile web gameplay, Match & Munch utilizes trusted enterprise infrastructure:

Cloudflare Pages (Edge CDN): Hosts and caches front-end static files (HTML, CSS, JS) at global edge nodes with strict security headers.
Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore: Hosts the serverless real-time database that verifies active voucher promo codes under strict security rules.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not utilize tracking cookies for targeted third-party advertising. We only access standard browser local storage to preserve your sound mute preferences and staff session tokens.

5. Security of Your Data

Voucher records stored in Google Cloud Firestore are protected by granular Firestore Security Rules that restrict client updates and prevent unauthorized deletion. Data transmission between your browser and our edge servers is encrypted via TLS 1.3 (HTTPS).
